Thanks Mike both of the documents are insightful and simple to read. The doc’s helped me ‘work out’ the flow of things and where the missing link was in the organisation that perhaps led to the adhoc approach to OHS and ‘risk management’. What a great educational tool for Employers and Employees – it needs to be on every ‘Organisation’s Intranet’ and fully endorsed by Work Cover. Yep, i am dreaming!
