CatholicCare Adopts Hosted Safety Management System

catholic care logoWe are delighted to announce CatholicCare in Canberra as the latest clients of the hosted IMS Safety Management System.

CatholicCare are a not for profit organisation providing essential community services to the Canberra and Goulburn regions. Every year the army of CatholicCare volunteers serve thousands of clients in homes and centres throughout ACT and surrounding area.

Ensuring compliance with changing OHS legislation for so many staff and volunteers on a limited operating budget was a big headache for CatholicCare. So finding a solution that was already configured and easy to use was important. Also high on the list was a system that needed no investment in IT, was able to be accessed remotely from client sites and offered secure storage of data.

The IMS Safety Management System as a hosted version was the logical choice. The system offers a configured solution out-of-the-box and removes the need for costly IT investments. The hosted system is fully web-enabled in the clouds, meaning you can access from any internet device, including smart phones and tablets.

An attraction for CatholicCare was the ability to upload all documents, policies, records  together the organisational structure into the system. Another benefit was the speed at which the system can be commissioned. Using innovative tools the system was set up and working within days instead of the months. All training and support is provided as part of the installation.

If you would like more information about the hosted IMS Safety Management System or would like to speak to CatholicCare about their experience please email or call 07 32101234 and we will arrange.
